I too have struggled with adult entertainment over the years. A couple years ago I started to take more pictures and videos of of my wife. Using images of my wife instead of strangers was odd at first, but it helped me to lay off adult entertainment, and helped our sex life as well. I started to appreciate my wife a lot more, and the sex started to become a lot more exciting. I still surf adult entertainment from time, but it’s not consuming it me, like it once was.
 
Bailed on friday and saturday night. Some event happened that overwhelmed me with huge amount of anxiety. Struggling to eat, no possible way to have an erection. Might use adult entertainment unfortunately again so I can get an erections

I go through quite a bit of the same suffering and what I can tell you is what helps me. When I’m feeling anxiety I know that I’m worrying about the future, when I’m feeling depression I know I’m worrying about the past. In both situations I’m giving all of my power and energy to either anxiety or depression. When I’m able to recognize this I’m able to bring myself back to the moment where all of my energy is and get through the issues I am facing.

Anxiety is one of the things I probably suffer with the most and what has made this so much better, I’m not gonna say a cure but I’m gonna say made it so much better is DBT. This therapy makes it impossible to be anywhere else but in the present. It gives you your moment back and you realize all your power is in the moment. For me what I like to do in DBT is I do those digital coloring books while I’m listening to a podcast and this brings me right back to the moment. When your hands and eyes are occupied and your ears are listening it makes it impossible to be anywhere else but the moment. I pray to Jesus that this works is good for you as it has for me.

Friday night - 3rd night in a row of PE. Still waiting for my extender and from next week going to purchase a hanger too, can't wait!

oh my goodness, you need to forgive yourself on this and stay away from the frustration. It’s never ever healthy to view adult entertainment. It is a trap that is very hard to get out of and they have made it even harder. I’m praying that you can get through this and become better because of it.

if you’re going to buy a hanger be sure to buy the Lengthmaster. This not only allows you to hang but it gives you so many other ways to train from bundles to rolls and from power assist exercises to any basic stretch. It is extremely powerful.

I will keep you in my prayers as I do the whole brotherhood!
 
4th time this week. Still did adult entertainment part, my erection was constant and I haven't waste a minute with helicopters or anything to get myself ready again. I like this way of doing PE but know I have to change it, don't want to rely or watch adult entertainment

Looking for 5th time tonight, then keeping up the same until friday, would take weekend as a rest days

Why not take your time and plan out how you’re going to read yourself of adult entertainment. I suggest going backwards in the process and go with less and less offensive material until you’re looking at the underwear section in a Sears catalog! ?

Very good way around it for me was when I was sexually active I would have my girl let me take pictures of her that I could use in my girth sessions.
 
I think that it is the convenience of adult entertainment that makes it what we sing to be the only thing that will help us in the erection department. But when I was a child there was no adult entertainment there was really only the Sears orJC Penny catalog and some cosmopolitans my sisters had. In most situations I depended on my own imagination, closing my eyes in conjuring up whatever would excite me. There weren’t any real options outside of that unless you owned a VCR which was very expensive. So there was a time when our minds did all the work. I think mankind is losing their creativity relying on the instant gratification way of today’s world.
 
Monday was a rest day, tonight I did the following

10 min warmup
7 min BTC
7 min of S2S with 6 sets of 50 reps, 1 second pause on each side, two sides counts as 1
10 min of standard stretches 5 ways
25 min of jelq, 2 sec of 300 jelqs where two hands counts as 1 rep

It took me more then hour, and if I don't count pauses for erection etc. the whole session took me 1.30h which is too much. Will see what can I do with it

So, I think girth is much easier for me compared to length. I'm packing it much easier and quicker, so far I don't know if I ever seen a length gain so far..

Should I drop jelqs then? I'm more into length then girth
 
Same as yesterday, took me 1.10 min to finish it. I won't do it with adult entertainment tomorrow and every other day, that was the last time. Waiting for my devices to come, I'm so impatient

If you’re only interested in length do not waste your time doing girth work. Instead of doing that girth work I suggest that you do the entirety of the newbie routine stretches, if you have a LM use that to do them and you’ll see length very quickly.

I also suggest that you do the testicle health massage and stretch as this also is very powerful at adding length.

To keep your girth and maybe even add a little bit to it you can do the bathmate 5×5×3 once a week which will maintain your girth or maybe even add to it.

You’re not hitting every possible angle of growth. The additions I’m suggesting will hit areas of growth not possible with other stretches. I can help you put a complete routine together if you need that

I have couple of sessions for this time but nothing much. In mean time my extender and hanger arrived. Then another problem happened that I did not know I will encounter through PE - to much of excess skin, turtling, losing erections, slippage, pinching, something I thought would make my journey easier sent me to hell again and now I gave up. Next goal is to get cutted, circumcision next time I get the money for and try all over. Really not interested to spent another round on damn vacuum shit either hanger or extender, no thanks

Why not try a simpler approach and go with manual work for now as we address these other issues. Things like turtling, pinching and slippage can all be dealt with with the right methods. If you want help in this let me know and I can work with you personally. I don’t want to see you quit I wanna see you make the growth you came here to make. I’m very proud of you for coming out and letting us know the problem now we can work on the solution
