I picked up a max-x a month ago and been consistant with it. I go 5 days on 2 days off. 1st 2 weeks was an hour - weeks 3-4 was an hour 1/2. Today i started week 5 going an hour and 45minutes for week 5 and 2 hours for week 6 so on working my way up in time.
The first 4 weeks including today im using the same spot on the device. When it's on its at 8 inches stretched which is a good pull i guess and i feel it pretty good with slight numbness and a little purple.
Im currently 7L NBP and needing that xtra inch for 8.
My question is should i stretch it out that xtra dot to 9 inches? If i do i'd probably start at an hour again and work my way up?
