New to PE. Decided to post a thread to keep track of my progress and to keep me motivated!

Measurements:
BPEL - 6.5 inch
EG - 5.25 inch

Goals:
BPEL - 8 inches
NPEL - 7 inches
EG - 6 inches

My routine for the time being:

5 min warm up
5 minutes of Bundled stretches

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

7 minutes Jelqing
15 minutes in bathmate
5 min warm down
