manual stretch: favorite directions

What's the most beneficial direction to stretch?

I stretch down, left, right, and the upward stretch seems useless so I stretch it for 2 minutes as opposed to 6-7 min on my other directions. Then I do some rotary cranks then jelq.

By far, the downward stretches--right, left, straight ahead--always got me better results. I even combined the downward stretch with the jelq stroke. I would do a long jelq stroke and end it with an intense downward stretch. The whole movement took about 3 to 5 seconds.

The downward stretch does feel good and feels like it hits the ligs. I do down.left, right,up, and I'm going to start straight out direction(6 min each stretch). But the upward stretch feels like a waste

because you need to use a fulcrum like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] or a sock.
