Been a bit off on maintaining my full manual stretching routine as originally outlined, just not keeping great consistency to work through it all.
Issues with being too tired in early morning to really get my full effort, and not feeling the same stretch I used to with some of the other angles so kind of gave up there.
I have began a little experimenting with
hanging 2.5lbs with a couple different angles, like sitting with a hang to the left or right over my leg.
I always get in ball and lig after shower warmup and most days about 20 minutes manual
BTC bundled and straight down bundles.
Been really enjoying pumping 3-4 times/wk
5x5x3 and feel like I am getting good gains on girth and EQ is feeling better then when I was using almost all my workout time to focus on length only.
I think I'm getting some length work with pumping still, as I get a good soreness at base of shaft, ligs and below towards my ass.
After
5x5x3 i use a c-ring for a couple hours, then since I feel loose and hung, do some light stretching and massage and then
silistretcher for remainder of day in downward pull.
I think shift back to pumping is that is how I got my start with PE and it is so much more of an immediate reward and visual satisfaction after a workout.
Curious if anyone has gained both length and girth this way, as it seems to be working for me currently?
