My big focus until June is manual stretching for length gain, but doing 3 times/week maintenance on girth with pumping and ssj's.
 
Just documenting for myself how my last couple days went with routine as i missed a few days updating.

Noted that 5x5x3 yesterday was best yet. In past, consistently get expansion around 5.5. Yesterday's session I was really close to 6" EG when I finished. Reconfirmed why I am working towards a 6" cemented girth cause it felt and looked great to me.

Also noted that I almost maxed length with extension in the BM Hydromax 7 I am using. Well over the 7" marking printed on the outside sticker.

Hope that makes more sense?

Glans is looking pretty bruised tonight though, so with a busy weekend ahead I will take tomorrow morning off and just use sleeve to stay elongated.

Have not been as consistent the last couple weeks with full morning stretching routine, but have put in at least 8 hours silistretcher daily after morning shower warm up and ball & lig stretches.

Sex life was struggling a bit, and my wife requested I stick around in bed longer in the a.m. to allow for morning sex which she prefers, and it's not a bad way to start my morning either.

Not sure if consistent ADS is enough to gain length without a more intense manual stretching routine everyday, but a bigger cock with nowhere to stick it cause wife is unhappy isn't going to work either...

Her issue is that I was up at 5am to get stretching in for an hour before starting the day, and she was missing out on her words "spontaneous morning sex" which she says is her best and most preferred time.

Give her what she wants and create a different routine that allows your session. Keeping her happy is most important

Don't worry about this too much brother. Give her what she wants, you have nothing to lose from doing so, make her happy.

I would use the ADS however you can and then just do some manuals later in the day and during your bathroom breaks.

Appreciate the encouragement, I am continuing to put in daily 8-12 hours with ADS most days, as well as doing manuals any chance I can.

Still feeling a good kind of soreness at my base most days, so hoping that's a good sign that there is still some growth to be had while also keeping the Mrs. happy.

Issues with being too tired in early morning to really get my full effort, and not feeling the same stretch I used to with some of the other angles so kind of gave up there.

I have began a little experimenting with hanging 2.5lbs with a couple different angles, like sitting with a hang to the left or right over my leg.

I always get in ball and lig after shower warmup and most days about 20 minutes manual BTC bundled and straight down bundles.

Been really enjoying pumping 3-4 times/wk 5x5x3 and feel like I am getting good gains on girth and EQ is feeling better then when I was using almost all my workout time to focus on length only.

I think I'm getting some length work with pumping still, as I get a good soreness at base of shaft, ligs and below towards my ass.

After 5x5x3 i use a c-ring for a couple hours, then since I feel loose and hung, do some light stretching and massage and then silistretcher for remainder of day in downward pull.

I think shift back to pumping is that is how I got my start with PE and it is so much more of an immediate reward and visual satisfaction after a workout.

Curious if anyone has gained both length and girth this way, as it seems to be working for me currently?

10 min shower warmup with 3 minutes ball and lig and warm up stretching in shower.

BTC bundled right twist 1.5 - 2 rotations. Stretch BTC left, middle and right. 1 minute holds in each direction.
BTC bundled to left 1.5 - 2 rotations. Stretch BTC left, middle and right. 1 minute holds in each direction. 10 minutes total.

Bundled right twist 1.5 - 2 rotations. Stretch straight down left, middle and right. 1 minute holds in each direction.
Bundled left twist 1.5 - 2 rotations. Stretch straight down left, middle and right. 1 minute holds in each direction. 8 minutes total.

1 minute rotary straight out.

Sillistretcher on and hang 2.5 lbs straight down 15 minutes while brushing teeth and shaving for the day.

Sillistretcher stays on and straight down right leg to start the day. Will switch to left leg after mid day.

Also measured my current bathmate pump, and it seems like the 2" Mityvac is going to be just a little smaller in circumference than the bath mate, and I am right about hitting girth expansion in the bathmate.

Ah! You confirmed it did you? Exactly what I mean @squirt_inducer_man @Infected Mushroom @huge-girth @colossaltitan Remember how we discussed about head space to get the pressure needed? Our brother here confirmed the pressure zone head space needed for the expansion requirement.

If you're chasing girth, I would suggest going with at least 0.5in extra diameter for your existing girth and 0.5in diameter less than the desired objective girth. Always, and I mean always, maintain 0.5in (optimal at 1in) of head space for pumping based on the length you're aiming for. Head space is critical for the pressure equalization and bubble removal. Wall space is needed to get that expansion you need to grow. Remember, during pumping, your expansion tends to be 0.25x to 0.5x the normal erected size. That's why your penis looks massive under vacuum pressure. The magic of growth begins at 0.25x expansion where cell membranes break down.

Yes, fluid requires a specific volume to generate proper balanced compression, or at least, initiate pressurization. Just like air, you need a specific volume to either compress or expand to obtain a constant value. Water is the same. Although water cannot be compressed or expanded (liquid and not gas or solid), there is a specific volume that is required to initiate an equal pressurization for a containment unit, based on the contaiment (the Bathmate total volume) and the occupying body (your penis). There must be at least 10% volume space of non-expansion (after your penis expanded to intended size under vacuum pressure) to equalize the pressure. If the occupying body continues to expand, pressure cannot be equalize continuously in the containment vessel. This is why the head space is required, including any surround extra room.

As for warm oil, it's basically like water. Oil, depending on the oil, can be great use to you, not only acting as a longer warming agent, but also acting as a lubricant to your skin to prevent chaffing. However, most oils are compressible liquids. Denser oil than water (the one that actually sink and not float) can be used, such as mix of silicone and additives, petroleum byproducts, and gels. But, it's no longer safe using them. Yeah, you're going down a very deep rabbit hole brother.

If you can find a way to grow enhanced truffle and the "shroom" at home, let me know. I've been trying to crack that freaking code with the agriculturists for the past decade. We got the temp, humidity, and light cycles down. We even got the microcropes and media down to a science. But the unknown factors are driving us nuts to actually make them grow in artificial cultivation environment. We got one batch to grow, and couldn't, for the life of us, replicate it.

I focus on the manual stretching and ADS each day for length gains, but I am hoping by giving myself more head room there is some length to be gained (or at least help cementing) while focusing on girth work.

I am unsure of what pressure I was getting out of my Hydromax since there is no gauge, but baffles are completely compressed. Curious to use a gauge with the mityvac and see what range gets me in the growth zone and pushes safe but extreme.

If you have both BathMate and MityVac, mod the Bathmate to use the MityVac for the gauge. If you only have the Bathmate, use the gauge mod I came up with.

Growth zone literally starts at 5 inHg. Upper safety zone is 10 inHg. Anything above 10 inHg, your'e entering extreme zone for growth that needs to be monitored like a hawk.

I have the Bathmate Hydromax 7 without the gauge, but that is the one I plan to retire once I get the Mityvac as I was hitting the end of the tube in length.

Any idea what Hg levels I may be achieving on the bath mate with no comfort insert and baffles completely compressed?
 
Depending on how much the total compression of the baffles gaiter after the X number of pumps. If you just push without the pumping, that's around 3 inHg. If you actually pump while getting rid of the air bubble, a perfect seal at max compression is 8 inHg. Partial pressure due to poor 100% compression is around 5inHg. I tried the slow pump method to get rid of the air bubble, the measured pressure at optimal compression is 8 to 8.5 inHg. This is why I prefer the hand pump. That baby goes as high as 16.3 inHg. Mistake I learned was to go too high up during testing and got myself a blister as a reward. I thought I could handle the water vs air for the Bathmate because I was able to hand air pressure at 15 inHg without any issue. Big mistake.

I'm myself a data horder, but I hope you have a backup solution for this. microSD cards can die suddenly, as well as HHD (Hard Disk Drives) + SSD (Solid State Drive). It's even possible to set up a S3 bucket on AWS Amazon to not loose data.

Yep. My card is just for my mobile. I have 2TB SSD backup in my safe just for research files and 32TB RAID server for media general usages with those files at the ready. Never have digital files in one basket. Storage is cheap.

Right now my storage is full again. Saving and uploading videos on MOS took a lot of storage space.

It's for personal use at home. Having hard drives all over is not optimal, there is no fail safe.
If one drive fails all data are lost. Best to have this automated through a server or NAS, with; RAID (redundant array of independent disks), so you don't need to manual do backups. Just replace drives and keep the data array intact.

Happy to have all the <3 and activity on my prog and routine log, but not sure it fits best here...

The only hard drive I am thinking about is the one I want to give my wife. Hoping it's so good I dont even need to consider the manual backup option. ;)

Don't know about that. PE is your backup option. It's data duplication for life.
