Mandingo stretch for dumbies

Whats up fellas! Im sure this post has been discussed countless times already..... but im trying out the mandingo stretch, and just need to see if im doing this right.
Start with penis pulled straight out, hand holding just behind head, knuckles up.
I pull penis straight , while twisting hand down , and under. Now my penis is twisted, head is facing my pubic bone and my fingers are pointing up.
Does that sound right?

That sounds like a half twist Mandingo. You got it right. Better yet, wrap the base of the glans where you're grabbing with a 1in wide tape, or TheraBand and flexible tape, for grip purposes, and you can do a multi-twists (bundled) pull. This is known in the community as bundled pulled.

The bundled pull can be 180 degrees, the half-twist Mandingo, 360 degrees, the full Mandigo, or variations between 90 degrees to 720 degrees or higher. The more the twists, the same pulling strength causes much more tissue breakdown.

This one was lost after the member left the community for personal reasons. It was housed on Amazon Cloud, and poof, the cloud account was no longer housed the various videos after a year.
 
I never really understood those stretches, I tried but I couldn't really get it to work. I do have some new exercises. I'm considering putting out, but i'm not done testing them yet.

Mike now I get it when someone is passionate about something whatever that is the never ending search never stops.. After 20+ years you are still developing new exercises,new ideas..💡

I will make them public as soon as I know.They're something that is going to work for the brotherhood, and that takes time. The rest is sure. I'm always thinking of new ways to help the brotherhood an accomplished their goals

Yep it's quite valuable..It's hard to feel that passion and love towards a craft..I think you are one of those with those attributes..

The Mandingo stretch was one of my favorites back in the day. It basically combines bundled stretches, expressive stretch, and fulcrum stretch all in one! I think I’m going to bring this one back into my pre pumping routine
Please shoot a video of you doing the stretch.Because we have no video left.

Not sure if thats a Mandingo, but boy it works wonders for a flaccid stretch! Instant results, after a 20-30 sec hold, with decent force applied.

This sounds exactly right. Over time when you feel it harder to reach the same intensity you can do a half bundle before you grab your shaft. This will make it a full twist Mandingo. But don’t rush into it yet

There's also a variation to the Mandigo stretch. Do the same thing with the half twist, and after easing into the full twist, you can add a fulcrum bend into it. The added element is called the "A Stretch". It's more like a V-stretch because of the shape. What it does is the added point where you pull in a different direction, allowing the tissues to be further stretched and stressed. Give a half Mandingo variation stretch a try. You'll be surprised the amount of craziness going into figuring out these stretches.

First variation is placing your thumb, or any strong finger, or even using a smooth segment of a broomstick, closest to the base of your penis. Half Mandigo twist makes the bottom of your penis faces your stomach. The fulcrum point can be pulled down, while you pull the base of the glans upwards. You can do the same for the fulcrum point pulling upwards, while the penis is pulled downwards. Try side-to-side inverse pulling as well to get all the angles you need.

Pull near the base of the penis stretches the ligaments to expose the hidden segments, while the rest of the penis get a good pull for additional growth. Ease into it. Don't go crazy or you'll hurt yourself.
