Malehanger Hanging Device Progress

So, today I begin logging my progress using the Malehanger device. You can find my other post asking about it in the hangers forum here. I won't repeat what I've already posted. Basically, I'm following the program outlined on the malehanger support forum. You can cop it at malehanger.yuku.com I'm starting with 2.5lbs. Hanging one set a day with this weight the first two weeks as the guide says to do. Weeks three and four, I'll up it to 5lbs. Still one set a day. I'm just gonna do what they say to on the support forum and see how it works. I love the sound of just one 20 minute set a day.

Keep ya guys up to date a couple times a week I guess.

Not me, I would rather he answer this thread and explain himself and why he is being deceitful. He said he left [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and would not return but this is not the case. I would like to hear an explanation.

Well to be fair to malehanger, he was helpful and nice to me at pegym, gave me lots of advice. It's the mods I have a problem with there.
