Just my opinion of course. Save your money. Water, rest, good diet, exercize, and L-argenine, lecethin and L-lysine. Cheap ass stuff, better than all the rest of the crap I've wasted money off. Of course the best thing is a hands off policy for 3 days or so in a row.
Blowing loads is like drugs. You build up a tollerance and it's not as good as it was. If you can discipline yourself to do kegels and keep your hands off, it will have a far better result than any of the crap out there.
However I do want to try tongkat ali. But I would buy this direct from thailand, not the vitamin shop. The herbs that the big chain stores sell is crap. It's all filler. I've read extensively on tongkat ali and the effects seem astounding compared to all the rest of the crap we hear about on these forums. They've actually done tests and witnessed profound testosterone > in men over 50.
