Not to knock Jackxxx in any way, but saying that by not eating meat you are castrating yourself and that there is no way your body can be healthy without animal fat just isn't factually!
Meat is one of the most acidic foods that you can put into your body, which causes a whole host of issues in the body. Meat in itself has no benefit for the body, the body thrives off electrifying, alkaline foods which meat does not provide. I stay vegan about 90% of the time for about 3 plus years now and still eat meat on occasions and get my protein/fats needs from plants, lentils, nuts and seeds and I have never felt better! How much nutrition can you possibly be getting by eating meat from a dead animal, not much if barely any at all!

However, ANIMAL protein does. Animal protein is a complete protein. Second, cholesterol. Cholesterol is so important for the body that the liver makes it when it is deficient in the diet.

I repeat again, THERE IS NO WAY. THERE IS NO SCIENTIFIC WAY that the body can synthesize sex hormones without cholesterol. NO WAY. This is like saying that instead of drinking water, from now on I am just gonna take deep breaths. Bullshit. YOU NEED water to survive. True, not eating cholesterol is not gonna kill you because your liver WILL make it, however an unhealthy liver WILL NOT produce enough cholesterol. It is scientifically proven that since the introduction of fat free diets and cholesterol free diets, diseases like erectile dysfunction, dementia, alzheimer, panic attacks, bipolar disorders, etc skyrocketed like never before. The parallel the introduction of these mythological diets which by the way, it is completely proven today that cholesterol has absolutely nothing to do with heart disease for example. That was a myth.

HCG can indirectly increase DHT, however HCG IS NOT DHT.

I disagree with that plants are incomplete proteins and animal protein is the complete protein for the body. Look at the primates in the wild they are all plant eaters and are the strongest animals/species on the planet! Meat and high protein diets are very damaging to the body and very hard on the kidneys and the whole body as a whole, meat is so acidic and so hard for the body to digest by the time it processes it through digestion there isn't much nutrition the body can take from. Plants are far superior source of amino acids and nutrient source for the body to build solid quality muscle and provide a vast amount of nutrients to fuel the body than meat ever can, there's no comparison. I'm with you on the cholesterol tip though. I've been on the other side where I was trying to build muscle on 200 plus grams of protein a day, eating meat and protein powder along with dairy ect. I got off that style and went almost fully plant based even though I do eat meat on occasions. I don't even track my protein anymore some days if I'm tracking my intake of food my protein will be around 50 grams per day give or take. My strength has gone up I have not lost any muscle, I'm still gaining muscle to this day, I feel better and have more energy than I ever did eating the protein way.

We are going to agree to disagree period! I'm not inventing my own shit up at all. Plants provide every essential nutrient you body needs to grow fight disease and be your healthiest period! What I'm speaking on is straight facts! If you think meat is giving yourself essential nutrients you are highly misguided. Apes/monkeys are the closest to our DNA's than any other species on the planet, so to say we aren't isn't factual. Look at our teeth for example we don't have canine teeth that are meant to tear apart flesh period. In reality we are fruitarians. Study after study shows the vast majority of meat eaters have more health issues than vegans. Facts don't lie. The meat industry has brainwashed us to believe we need meat for maximum health and study after study shows different, so I don't know what studies you are referring to. Watch the documentary game changers and you will see real fact studies not some shit made up by the meat industry to push agenda! Again animal meat has barely any nutrients to offer you, how much nutrients to you think comes from the flesh of a dead carcus, think about that. What do most animals you think you are getting your essential amino acids from eating.... They are eating plants, not meat bro, think about that one. I'm not knocking you for eating meat at all, to each it's own, but when you comparing meat to plants and saying meat is a better option for health and nutrients/protein, that just not facts!
