Does someone with a low LOT need to workout on his ligs? I've read in Bib's LOT theory that ones with a low lot will get no gains from ligs but more out of tunica which is harder to stretch and harder to gain with.
Since I have a low LOT, should I still do BTC,SD stretches and exhaust the crap out of them? or will I probably not gain a mm with them BECAUSE of my LOT?
and I've just seen the reverse blasters DLD has made, they seem extremely efficient, should I do both them AND DLD normal blasters? which again refers to my question above.. :blush:
