i have a LOT of 8,is it worth doin a much downward stretching?
also,if so,is it worth working on the ligs predominantly,wud it be of benefit to focus completely on the downward stretches for a month or so,or wud it be better to carry on working both the ligs and the tunica?
do u think theres any merit to concentrating on one at a time for say a 1 month period,then swapping over ect?
