I’ll probably do Pe forever no long term goal at the moment,I’m 6x5,no long term goal,I want 1 inch as fast as possible ?,I don’t have alot of time for manual stretching but I can Use equipment almost all day,
Phallosan forte with the plus,bathmate ,lg hanger ,some cock rings and balls stretcher,homemade Blakoe ring,the penilizer,heating pad,lllt with the same wavelength as the mosred (without the infrared ,I bought it 2 years ago for my scalp ),a Brand new clamp,I’m waiting for the silisleeve ,silicap and mityvac shipping too.

Well you have everything you need to do most of the SRT routine as it is written. When your pump comes in I suggest that you institute the 5×5×3 routine for your girth work.

For length I’m thinking the newbie routine stretches in combination with your Phallosan after you have trained for the remainder of the day in a passive mode.

My BPFSL it’s like 1 inch and half bigger than my BPEL,what’s the best way to close the gap? I have basically all the tools already.
I don’t have much time for manual stretching at the moment,I’m doing most of the work extending during the day and using the phallosan during the night,bathmate 3 times every week. I plan on doing jelq and s2s starting next week.

I'm curious to know if people gained from using the bathmate 3 times a week. I believe they should gain because girth work requires off days.
 
Using the 5x5x3 even 3 days a week will bring good growth

This is good news for myself and many people. I used to believe that girth needs to be done daily. In the past, I noticed that, when I was pumping daily, there were some days when I don't get meaningful expansion at all no matter the pressure I used. Such days were suppose to be off days.
