I used a cheap vibratory to stimulate me with kegels and ball and lig stretch.
 
As old @oldandlively stated, Kegels only bring more blood into the entire penis and scrotum. The best way to keep turtle-ling at bay by using the ball and lig stretch. This gives great seperation between the base of penis and the scrotum, essentially no more turtle-ling.
What is the ball and lig stretch exactly??

Do you guys get your unit hard before pumping? I have a dry pump which works good but just wondering if semi or full erect is best to start? And how many minutes and how intense do y’all brothers of mine recommend??🙏

Whenever we can, yes. Otherwise, get as hard as you can, pump until you hit 4inHg, and get harder. Internal pressure must be as close to 100% as possible.

4inHg is merely a short hand number to represent the negative pressure of -4inHg of mercury, or around -102mmHg of mercury, depending on the scale of devices.

The true starting point of penile growth starts at around -5inHg, or -127mmHg. This is where MOST penises' collagenic bonds experience a continuous breakdown for regrowth while pumping. SLOWLY, we work towards -10inHg for the most optimal growth rate. That is months, if not close to a year down the road.
