Ligament stretching before tunica, or vice versa?

When it come to different types of stretching, which is recommended to come first? Please correct me if I'm wrong brothers. But if one were to hang first via hanging to target the ligaments and max out gains, should tunica stretching with the extender follow? A lot like when someone has PE surgery and they cut the ligaments, they tell the patient to wear the extender they provide after the procedure is done. Is this the type of idea one could follow? Thoughts?

The idea is to go from an active routine, meaning a routine that is gainful with heavy intensity to a passive routine that is meant for healing. So in what you have written everything is correct except one thing, do bundle stretches before anything else pre-stretch the tunica.

Oh, I see now. Thanks DLD!

The Tunica is extremely dense and one of the biggest reasons gains come slow for many. In order to defeat this it’s important to do bundles stretching before any length or girth work as it will pre-stretch the Tunica allowing you to take on more size.

The science of PE always gets me. Sometimes I just wish it were easier to just tug and gains will happen. If it were that simple, everyone would gain a ton LOL Do you think heating could help with the tunica along with bundles stretching?
