You want to do bundled stretches to gain fast and save time. Buy the LENGTHMASTER 3 instead, and do bundled stretches with it.

I suggest that before you are getting into your extender, that you at least do bundled stretches for 10 - 15 minutes . This will loosen up tunica albuginea, and you will have an easier time to get maximum elongation from your extender sessions.

You and me both brother. Guess I’m quite the nerd when it comes to fitness, eating healthy, fasting and meditating. Also used to read A LOT as well, must start reading again, perfect when sitting here extending.😁
What would happen if you quit PE without a maintenance routine would you end up with a softer penis?
 
What could happen is that you might lose all or some of your gains if you don’t do a maintenance routine and cement those gains. Other than that not much else happens, at least from my experience.
So you will just lose your size, not actual erections or have a softer dick? Cause idk what the future holds like what if I gain size then I quit. I’m cool with losing size but I’d hate to actually lose eq and have a soft penis.

No loss of erection or softer dick. But if you want to keep those gains you need to cement it by going half an inch above your goal, like if you want 9 inches you need to go up to 9,5 inches to keep those gains.

Though a maintenance routine is highly adviced for keeping the penis healthy and at maximum size. Personally I think I’ll be doing some sort of maintenance routine till I drop dead.

ok that’s very comforting, yea I’ve heard about the .5 increase, kegels etc. I’ve done way more studies on PE than actual PE lol. I guess that’s a good thing to get knowledge before jumping in the ring.

Knowledge about what you are doing is key if you want to gain. The more knowledge the better, but gotta put that knowledge into practical use as in doing PE.

Overanylazing will not give you a bigger penis. You need to start a solid penis enlargement routine, with concistentency to see any gains.
