Ligament isolation exercise

I appologise if anyone has already written something similar..
Its fairly simple anyway so wouldnt surprise me..

Anyways..

If youre doing a manual stretch straight out and feel at the dorsal side of the base (at the top near your pubis) you can feel a ligament (the hard cord)
If you push down on it with your thumb, and pull the penis upwards with the other hand, as if trying to pull the ligament out using the penis as a lever... - got a dull ache now about 30mins later..

I think you are referring to the Y-Stretch.
