So, time to amp up the intensity a little, since it's obvious I'm not one of the lucky easy gainers.

Somewhere in the middle of my current routine I'm going to add in some manual stretches:
DLD sock stretches
Inverted V-stretches/v-stretches
Now, my question is what would be the best rep range/time to hold each set?
Hopefully those stretches plus wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] 5-6 hours a day will bring some faster gains
