Man i know exactly what you're saying i've been banned from yahoo five times. Every single time it's been because i tried to give an honest answer to somebody's Penis Enlargement question. IMHO those guys are pretty sad

You might be right about this. I've attempted to provide factual information on some of those sites (complete with references), and more often than not it gets deleted.
I guess we can chalk it up to ignorance, fear, and/or special interests- the biggest enemies of the truth.
Considering what phalloplasticians consider to be the "medically approved alternative", I'll take the risk of doing sensible Penis Enlargement any day!
