Metformin Seems to be the only one that you may want to swap out. The remainder either increase vascularity or EQ and libido. I hope this helps you my brother.

CAUSES ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
Metformin leads to significant reduction in testosterone levels, sex drive and induction of low testosterone-induced erectile dysfunction, whereas; sulfonylurea leads to significant elevation in testosterone levels, sex drive and erectile function.

INCREASES EQ
ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) inhibitors -- such as captopril (Capoten), benazepril (Lotensin), and lisinopril(Prinivil, Zestril) -- widen blood vessels and increase blood flow. Erectile dysfunction is rarely a side effect, occurring in less than 1% of patients.

INCREASES EQ
The other study demonstrated that atorvastatin alone improved erectilefunction with approximately a seven-point increase in ED domain scores compared with not using any medication. The effect of statintreatment is more obvious in patients with elevated LDL cholesterol levels.

Not a problem my brother. I was surprised to see that some of the medications actually increased EQ. I think if the doctor can give you a substitution on that medication you’ll be 100%!
 
I have been diligent in keeping up with my routine which is :
Stretching every morning during the normal routine. Then 10 minutes in a vacuum and pulling in all directions trying to get the inner penis
Put on the silistretcher and wear it from 6:30 till noon. Then rest with some jeques . at 2:00 put back on the Silistretcher and wear till 5. At five i shower and use the bathmate for 2- 5 minutes and again do pulls in all directions. Before bed do a 10 minutes testicle exercise. I have not gained any more length still only 1.4 inch to 7.25 but have hopes of the 8" . I also bought the Phoenix (like gains wave) and have started doing treatments with it. It certainly can see more hard erections and blood flow. Will let you know if it helps.

After exercising to maintain the size i put on a silisleeve. When I use a long one that fits after 30 to 40 minutes it starts to cut me and rub at the base where my balls are. When i am flaccid i have a lot of loose skin on the back side of the base and thats where it hurts. any suggestions on what i should do. I tend to shrink fast, although it is getting better, but not much. I'm trying to get rid of the fat pad around my penis, Iknow that will help. Ive lost a lot of weight over the years and that is the only place that has remained flabby and hides a lot of length when not erect.

You can try a couple things. Baby powder at the affected area may help. You may also want to pad the area that is causing this issue with a small piece of cotton to prevent that from happening

Started trying the mango stretches, but not very good on the hand twist feel like i'm too small to get my hand around like video, but may be eventually. really are pulling with the pump (air) on is that good to get the inner penis out ? Any new length exercises?

Know that feeling, does really depend on the state of my flaccid to say whether I can do them or not and does differ with each hand, sometimes if I get one going I struggle to hold it in that place as it slips out but when I do boy they are a good stretch, don't give up keep trying

thanks, I'm trying everyday to try and reach my goal, it does get frustrating. the good news is I'm back with being able to have an orgasm. It was a dry period not being able to and really being frustrated and faking if with my wife, but I just did not worry about it and wham!! what a relief. I felt like I was going to explode if I could not cum.Thanks for your help there. What a load off, boy it felt great again.

I have really been doing the mango stretches and other to break down the tunica , then doing hard stretches in the routine every day then doing the stretches using the pump also in all the directions. Looks like 7.25 is the max I can get. Thanks for all of your advice and help.

1/4 inch in three months is a very big gain! That means an inch in a year! What are you doing right now for a routine? Perhaps we can look at it and make some changes to ramp things up

After I get to work I place on the Silistretcher and wear it till lunch at 1:00 relax and hour with DUro sleeve on and the put back on the silistretcher till 5:00. Shower with the bathmate and stretch while on for 3 rounds of 5 minutes. Then put on Duro sleeve till bedtime. Do testicular stretches for 5-10 minutes and go to sleep. Thats my routine for 5 days a week on weekends since I with the kids playing etc, i do not wear the sililstretdher, but sill get the early morning stretches in.

it sounds like you’re doing everything perfectly and that would make sense since you made a quarter inch gain. But if you want to increase the speed of your gains the only place I can see to make a change is to swap out manual stretching with LM stretching. The LM gives unbelievable intensity and would definitely bring you to the next level in making growth
 
still doing all my exercises. maybe .1mm change buy not going to give up until I get to 8" Wish I could get the LM but no place to use it or store it from my kids and wife
. So I just will keep on doing the manual stretches

The hands will always work! Just be sure to always be on top of the intensity being sure you’re getting the most out of every stretch. What does your workout look like right now? I also have some ideas that may help you using some of the powerassist exercises.
