I got a bad case of premature ejaculation, to the point where orgasm doesnt even feel good cuz its such a disapointment. Im trying everything to prevent this problem. Im just looking for some feedback to see what has worked for other people. Kegeling makes me come quicker, and im not sure if im doing the reverse kegel properly, just feels like im flexing my lower abs. But i believe pre ejac is about 90% mental and 10% physical. I think it was SlicedBeef who had a good post on the mental part of it, which i am practicing. I just dont know what to think about, if i think about my girl i come, but i dont wanna think of sports or something else, i want to enjoy it yanno. any feedback would be great. thanks
