odd question i know...is there any way to make the scrotum smaller or tighter besides surgery?

Sik is right but I can understand your feelings. I have a large scrotum and I sometimes think I would look more symmetrical with a smaller one but some things can not be changed so I make my dick longer

Surgery is an option but I would not make such a problem of it.

haha. I have always wanted a low hanging sack but mine always seem to hug my dick whenever I've got a hard on. I heard someone give out exercises once to help make your sack hang lower. But I've got no clue if they work or not. I'm very interested to find out though. Does anybody know??????

Well, I would say turkey necks are the reason for that. Most guys get turkey necks, also known as scrotal webbing, from Penis Enlargement. I had a normal hanging set of balls before I started Penis Enlargement'ing but since I've been doing it for several years, they're now hugging the base of my dick. I think a lot of guys here have this problem and would like lower hanging balls because of it.

is temperature the only thing that affects scrotum size? cuz i know when a guy is cold the scrotum will tighten up and when he's warm it will sag....but mine seems to sag a lot more often....and sag a lot....and when i have an erection it usually tightens up....there are times when im flaccid and not cold and my scrotum is tight...idk why...and id rather it that way...its like my dick is sitting ontop my balls instead of the balls hanging below my dick...and for some reason its a lot easier for me to get an erection when my scrotum is tight...i guess guess all that extra skin isnt in the way ...anybody know anything about this?

DLD you unlucky. too big balls, too large dick, Im glad i aint gotta deal with that...
