These weekly maintenance sessions are not about gaining or keeping gains, they are about keeping your penis in good shape after you have made and cemented the gains you desire. I do a lot of maintenance myself even though I am not actively gaining. I do it to keep good blood flow to my penis, keep my PC muscles strong, etc.

Agreed, just do the exercises as if part of your life because that way you'll definitely cement them. But huge-girth if you want to do less of PE because it takes time in your life then slowly reduce the work out over time that way your penis get used to the tension and remains in the same size instead of just stopping immediately.

Me too, when I am in maintenance mode I go with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] once per week but I have not been in that mode for a while. I have been doing a lot of work in exercise design and testing.
 
Well I intend doing maintenance for the rest of my life once I get to my dream size. Do I need to pump once in a while to maintain girth too?

Maintenance is good for many reason but at the top of the list is being in the best sexual shape possible. Once you have made your gains and are going into maintenance is going to make you sex life that much better. And after a crazy couple of years gaining through daily work, a day a week in maintenance will seem like nothing.

Yeah pretty much. You want to maintain your penis like an athlete. Ready to take on whatever day, prepared for any challenge. Keep it fit! Also if you're about that "sex" life I want you guys to know that your overall body matters as well. But don't get discouraged! For if you are able to build up your penis, you're able to build up your body.

I am back guys, and thank you. I'm happy to find out I've had 4k+ reads in just this one thread! Also I'll update the post soon enough, some of it may not be related to PE but it is something to take a gander at as part of my discovery/realization. I am bumping this up to the first page so newbies and old gens( older generations) can ponder upon how to succeed in daily life of PE and how to maximize results. Other than that I am feeling better and am looking forward to helping out anyone yet again and being part of the community. Sup bros!
 
If its about warming-up then we already found bundled stretches is the best way to 'prime' the tissues :P

No check again, and warming up doesn't matter. Warming up only matters if you've been on a hiatus or are starting PE.

Well from what I've done I have been able to do bundled stretches fine. Warm up if that's what you want to do, whatever works for you man and what you feel is the truth. I personally don't believe it's a necessary thing if you've done PE for a long time and have not stopped.
 
Warm up is always a good idea..takes only 5 minutes and it's relaxing :) at least for me.

**I've updated the warm up/warm down test section so people can participate and see if they're eligible for the experiment.

Mmm yes that update is not there yet. I made an update that is now Section 7 thats the update i recently wanted to do. Warming up update has not been made yet. I have discovered something but I'm still working on the experiment as well and I want to make sure the results are not just me. So if you'd like to participate just answer these questions:
1) When did you stop doing PE
2) What is your warm up method

If you want to participate in the experiment then start by stopping your warm ups and detail some information regarding the differences when warming up and not warming up.
*Note: You must have been consecutively been doing PE on a routinely basis or otherwise results will vary due to some people on hiatus and people just starting PE.*

This way I can make sure to get rid of some factors. You don't have to participate but this layout will be put in with the experiment so that people can give feedback

Yeah I found that to be the feeling at first but then I felt like I just wanted to get to the exercises because that was my focus and most entertaining area. I found warming up and warming down a hassle. So I gave no warm up a try and nothing really changed. I had to adjust not to warming up however. There is one way we can both warm up and do an exercise though. I did this by getting hard, and then doing erect stretching which fills my penis with blood and your body naturally releases some warmth when engorged so that was sorta my warm up. You can also just do an erection based warm up where you just get erect and play with it with your hands. Using your hands can help make it warm up if your hands are warm enough.

I always warm up by regulating intensity bro, I feel like that's the best way to train for me. Dld's gonna do a piece on buldles pre-girthing which sounds to have merit.

4to 5 mins of warmin the penis up is key.. n have never tried the warming down part.. i have heard about the penis massaging can replace the usual warm up whit a towel cloth piece etc etc:)

According to me for fast gains.

If EQ is increasing, morning wood is not lost, turtling effect is not there, fluid retention is less. Then only you will gain fast.

Never found EQ to be important unless you want to have that sex drive. To me it doesn't relate to PE at all in any way or form in terms of gains. I've expressed before in another post perhaps that I had good EQ at first, 2-3 months then after I didn't and I don't know why. Even so without that Good EQ I still gained no matter what. To my understanding EQ is only because of the buildup that you have to release by peeing, this is true to some extent such as morning wood. But throughout the day I'm sure that there is another form of EQ which is I guess you can call it being horny or having the will to stiffen up. But I still don't believe its related to gains for as from my experience my EQ was bad and I still gained. To each their own :) As long as you make gains bro then awesome

morning wood is not the only indication of bad EQ....your penis is probably tired.....it rests......i dont know if ur taking any bloodflow supplements or not but they are very important during PE or specifically girth work....this is my expenirence....

Well during my first days of p.e. I became very intense due to excitement.

Got fucked up no morning wood, turkey neck, and could not get erect easily , and lost erection very fast.
