Reason it uses water in the bell and strap to tie around the thighs. Water is better as it will give more expansion because of FMP theory. The biggest reason water will cause less of fluid retention as in PF. As soon after 4 months I begin my p.e. I will by this.

I got to say out of all my dieting time, about 6 weeks, the only day I felt great energy is when I went to dinner at my Mothers and she made pasta. I know I am not supposed to have carbs but damn did I feel great.

I had to take a break from the diet, it was not helping lose anything so I decided to go back to a somewhat normal diet, nothing bad but enough allowance of sweets and carbs to keep me on the diet. I allow myself whole wheat bread, a bit of dark chocolate at night, 100% fruit juices mixed 50/50 with water. All these things satisfy that hole I had in my diet. I would rather be on a diet I can handle than one I am constantly feeling deprived.
