Kegels and Reverse Kegels

The topic in question is: do you really need to specifically train reverse kegels to become stronger in them? I ask because I always only do normal kegels (in different duration and intensity modes of course) and seem to have gotten stronger in RKing either. Therefore it naturally appears unnecessary to me to additionally train RKs, given a proper competence to execute that muscular movement (I mention that since there are a lot of bros around who have problems with that). What's your opinion on that?
 
Well, once you have a complete mastery over the RK and can do it with max intensity and stuff- there is no need to train it. It is said by DLD himself that RKs serve no purpose, but to help in Premature Ejaculation and stretching when it comes to Penis Enlargement, of course. Your mastery over the RKs will not be complete if you haven't trained RKing. But once you have gotten the hang of these- there is no need to train them like ordinary kegels :)
