The topic in question is: do you really need to specifically train reverse kegels to become stronger in them? I ask because I always only do normal kegels (in different duration and intensity modes of course) and seem to have gotten stronger in RKing either. Therefore it naturally appears unnecessary to me to additionally train RKs, given a proper competence to execute that muscular movement (I mention that since there are a lot of bros around who have problems with that). What's your opinion on that?
