So my kegel routine is basically this:
100 one second kegels (I do this once)
15 five second kegels (I do this three times)
3 thirty second kegels ( I do this once)
1 kegel to failure which is over 1 min (I do this once)
The thing is, I spread this out throughout the day. So basically, I do the 100 one second kegels in the morning, 15 five second kegels a little later, another 15 second kegels a little while later and so on. I was wondering, is that a good idea? Or is it better to do it all in a row? I spread it out because it is more comfortable for me. I was just wondering which is more effective and if it matters when it comes to strengthening the pc muscle.
