I've a couple of questions. First off, I'd like to know any enhancements people have for kegels. The way I see it, If I want to develop the strength of a bicep I use a weight, I don't JUST flex the bicep repeatedly, but I also introduce increased resistance - a weight, etc.
Has anyone got any advice on how I can do this?
Second, I remember years ago reading about a thing strippers refer to as 'raising the flagpole' which suggested that strippers can just flex their kegels to force an erection. I'd like to know what kind of training they might do etc.
Any tips or advice would be much appreciated.
