Progress thread Keeping myself accountable!

Checking back in after a while without posting. Took a break for a few months but have been going consistently with the following routine for the last 5 weeks.

As many sets as possible throughout the day:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 45-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 45-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 45-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 45-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 45-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 45-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 45-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 45-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 45-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 45-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 45-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 45-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

45 seconds Bundled stretched to the right
45 seconds Bundled stretched to the left

I've gained 0.5 inches in BPFL, but nothing in BPEL.

Congratulations on making a half inch gain! Your consistency is paying off!
 
Any advice on how to ensure this translates to erect length? Haven't really seen any gains on that end.

Overtime you will cement the gains and they will become permanent. There will always be a difference between your flaccid stretch and your bone stretch, Both grow relatively to each other
 
Been doing my stretching routine (essentially the length portion of the newbie routine) 3 times a day for the last 12 days. I definitely recommend adding those extra sets in as I can tell my penis is starting to respond well to the intensity. Hoping to stay consistent with this for at least the next 2 months when I incorporate girth work on top of my routine. Any suggestions?

it looks really good my brother can you tell me which stretches you’re using? Are they the complete newbie routine stretches? If so you will definitely make great gains. The only thing I can think of to incorporate that would make it more powerful would be using a Lengthmaster instead of your hands to get the most power possible in a stretch. Let me know the exercises you’re using and I will comment on that also. But going three times a day is brilliant with length, I did this in the beginning and I made 2 inches of growth in about six months.

Although I'm only doing length, will I still see any girth gains from this current routine?
 
You will see a little bit of girth from this routine mainly at the base of your penis. You’re doing all the stretches from the newbie routine so I’m pleased with that. I would add in two new stretches, erect stretching for 10 minutes once a week. I would also like to see expressive stretches included in your daily routine. Other than that use your SiliStretcher at all times you’re not stretching at a moderate setting to make these gains stick, this is so important!
 
Been feeling quite sore with this 3/day routine. Wondering if I should keep pushing through the soreness (since it's not pain). Also any tips to ensure I keep my penis healthy and avoid injury?
 
Personally would unless you get sores, cuts, bruises etc, best time to train is when worn.

If it’s sore but not in pain you should be training. Everybody for the first few months is going to feel soreness, a dull aching. You can work through this the only time you need to stop is if you’re in pain which would include sharp shooting pain or numbness.
 
I just ordered a pump that will be coming in the next few weeks. Any suggestions as to how I should incorporate it into my routine?
 
I just got a simple generic pump. I'm planning to invest in a bathmate later but I'm just trying to get the max amount of gains with no/bare minimum equipment right now

Be sure to look at SRT 5×5×3 workout as it is the best pumping workout available. It should work with your pump.
 
NBPEL is up to 5.75 from 5.5. Happy to see some progress in just under a month of commitment to this new routine.
Congratulations my brother! This will be a huge inspiration for you to go for even more. I’m very proud of you.
 
The pump that I have coming in does not have a a pressure gauge.. Any recommendations/resources for how to pump safely without a gauge? I'll be upgrading soon, but I still want to try this one out for a few months
