I'm not a big fan of the noose type of attachment that this device uses... It has a tendency to cut circulation off when in use.

With any [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] there is always going to be an "unsympathetic" attachment. You will need to be innovative in the way you attach it. It takes some experimentation but it is worth it, if not for comfort alone.
