Excellent to hear, any increase in weight is an increase in size in my eyes.
 
five one hour and forty minute sets? That’s the whole day! I bet you’re gaining a half inch a week with this unless I am completely misunderstanding, Which is usually the case

Wow, I was actually really excited that you were doing so much work and I was wondering just how much you would gain doing this! Oh well, still a formidable workout.
