Hey brothers, so been cruising through the forums the last few days and have already gotten some suggestions from a few of you ? I've never seen a more positive community on the internet and it amazes me how so many cool dudes have to come together over our johnsons lol

Just wanted to start this thread and use it as my progress thread and keep the brotherhood updated, definitely open to some more pro-tips from you gainers you.

I'm starting at 5.5 x 4.25, I'm about average (I think) but I really am striving for above average in not only this area of my life but all others (Although this is a BIG emphasis?)
My goal as of right now is to get to 7x5.5 by the end of 2019.. might be ambitious but I'm willing to do what it takes to make it happen cha feel.

So taking into account the equipment/time/and knowledge I have right now I'm considering the following program and am open to feedback.
@DLD's Newbie routine daily followed by 10-15 minutes of 100% erect BM pumping (I already own a bathmate) and then I am considering buying the Phallosan for all day-or close to all day type lengthening. Think this could get me there?.. Kind of want to keep it as simple as I possibly can. Much love bros
 
I wish every new person would start there first post in the routines section, so smart. I does every thread you’ll ever make the most important is your progress thtead. This is your history, your stats, your games, your guide to show others your success. I’m glad you have a Bathmate and I hope that you are using it in the spirit of SRT, The 5×5x3 Bathmate/SlowSquashJelq Routine is the best girth routine out there! As far as length goes you can do basic stretching for right now and get into more intense stretches as time goes on. Getting a Phallosan is very smart for a few reasons, it plays a big part in the SRT routine and it allows you to wear it 24 hours a day, so you can wear it while you sleep! I look forward to you to your specific routine written out so I can check it out and we can help advise you.
 
Yes DLD I've read through SRT a couple times and it is fascinating. I think I'll be giving it a try. If you had to choose between the Phallosan or the SizeGenetics which would you opt for? I'm wondering how well the program would work for me if I didn't get either but adhered to the ACE wrap and the cock ring?
 
The Phallosan is most preferred as it can be used 24 hours a day, while sleeping! It is also excellent for healing. Using ACE is good for now, as it will keep you elongated after length work. Once you get the PF you can replace the ACE. A cock ring is awesome to heal in after girth work. Nothing exapendive, just something that will hold you in an expanded state after girth.
 
@amc22 Good on you for starting this thread! I will say that I started with similar girth(4.5) and through sporadic(until recently) work was able to get to a cemented 4.875”. Post 5x5x3 BM/SSJ I am holding a fat hog which is motivational.

My point is your goals are very attainable in the 1-2 year window! I wish I hit the pedal to the metal in 2014- I would be way past that by now. But that’s not the point. SRT / 5x5x3 is proven. You will gain if you put the work in, brother. Let’s do it together((yn)) in 2019!

Finishes my workout earlier this morning. Got a warm up in and did all of the basic stretching for three sets then strapped on the bathmate and did 5x5x3 in conjuction with regular jelqing. That was intense lads. I probably need to start incorporating a warm down so my dick doesnt fall off...

Only issue is the only way I can complete my jelq/bathmate portion is through use of adult entertainment, which is a habit I really want to kick. It seems there aren't any effective alternatives to staying erect without me :/

All that penis soreness is going to add up to gains and I can relate to you. When I first started my base pain was pretty uncomfortable for the first couple months. Eventually I became used to the work in my penis no longer became sore. It’s strange but when you stop feeling this soreness you start to think that you’re not making gains if you are not sore. This is not true at all, once your penis becomes conditioned to the work it’s doing it will no longer get sore but you’re still a game in size.

I commend your self-discipline in avoiding adult entertainment, I too am on the same wavelength! I’ve been on this kick for about a year and a half now and I’ve done very well. I think over the last year and a half I messed up 15 times maybe and that’s in 18 months. Before I had the self-discipline I would be jerking everyday watching adult entertainment for hours. What a relief to be free of that obsession. So my advice on this is to be very gentle and patient with yourself as this is a big job you’re taking on. So if you do mess up do not give up, reset and start again. As far as keeping an erection through a session without that stimulation there’s a few things you can do. It’s awesome to have some Viagra on hand. Taking 25 mg before your girth work will be plenty to keep you up for the whole session. If you need stimulation find some pretty pictures and sports illustrated swimsuit edition and tact out on the wall LOL. If you have a wife get a sexy picture of her and use that. But for most Viagra is plenty.

Thinking I will probably keep on with the 5x5x3. Still need to check out those squash jelqs. Also looking forward for my ACE wrap arriving soon so I can get those length gains all day ;)

I’m glad you got some work in over the holiday, I don’t think too many other people did LOL I suggest you start using the SSJ immediately if using the Bathmate 5×5×3. Nothing gives better expansion than the 5×5×3. Believe me I’ve searched out to create a more powerful girth routine with no success. This is become the most powerful routine ever.
 
Roger that. Do we have any videos of the SSJ anywhere? Just finished my girth routine and have the cock ring on :D Really considering investing in the phallosan.. I know I could get a lot of hours out of it during the day. But damn is it expensive ahhh

No not in anyway. SRT was created to take the place of phases two through five. The five phase system was awesome at one time but now after people become used to the newbie routine it makes perfect sense to go right into SRT. The thing that’s nice about SRT is you never need to change your routine ever again as SRT will bring continuous gains.

300 jelqs at night.
Already feeling much thicker and slightly larger. I think this stuff might actually work, guess you guys were right :)

I hope it works sure I’ve been delusional for 17 years LOL. The funny thing is you can ask anyone here for proof of making gains but you’ll still have doubts in your head. The only way to completely believe that PE works is by making your first gain. After you make the first gain your confidence is solid!
