Been back to PE'ing for the past two weeks. gonna log my progress here again .
I've been doing the basic stretches for 3 sets every morning, wearing the SS as much as possible during day, and bathmate at night. Tomorrow I will get an updated measurement. Oh also introduced some hanging today. 5 lb for about 20 mins
