Been back to PE'ing for the past two weeks. gonna log my progress here again .

I've been doing the basic stretches for 3 sets every morning, wearing the SS as much as possible during day, and bathmate at night. Tomorrow I will get an updated measurement. Oh also introduced some hanging today. 5 lb for about 20 mins

measured in today at 6.3ish BPEL and 4.85 EG. I've actually gained since restarting a month ago!

Hung for about an hour and a half total today. Think im addicted to the physical sensation of tension/stretching I get doing It lol. Bathmate for 20 mins. ADS for 4+ hours.

In 2020, how much do you think I could gain? Is my goal of 7.5x5.5 from 6.4x4.8 feasible? @DLD

I believe it’s completely and absolutely feasible but now it’s up to you to believe you can make it happen. See it as if it has already happened and will come that much quicker.

Should I be worried about this? There was this ridge on my head after a long time in the SS today. I'm going to see how it looks tomorrow

I think it retention and indentation due to compression. I suggest that you squeeze as much blood out of your head before you get into your rig and this should help quite a bit. We all get water retention at one time or another so it’s nothing to worry about.

Didn't hang yesterday because I was worried about the ridge on my head

Two sessions of those stretches is a pretty kick ass routine for length!

Not a bad day in my opinion. On the days we can’t get everything in just get something in and it will make you feel so much better.

I love the days that I can get a good amount of training in. But the lighter days are fine too. As long as I have continuity and progression. Marathon not a sprint eh?

I have found taping my glands before getting into the SS has pretty much solved the problem of indentation on my head

Took a little break, but I hung about an hour two days ago... and came out with huge blisters on my glands. From my sillistretcher. So now im letting them heal

Please do not pop them let them drain on their own. You can help this along with a hot compress but do not squeeze, prod or poke them or you’ll end up with a scar. What time he’ll it and use bacitracin so there is no scarring.
 
I had to take several weeks off due to blisters with vacuum hanging. I have since secured a compression hanger and I'm back.
