Blisters are a bitch! I’m glad you’re back and I hope that you can avoid any further blistering as it is truly such a time-consuming thing. Take it easy but keep things steady and progressive.

I took about two to three weeks off because of blisters. But I think Ive gained about .2 … I need to get a good measurement in soon

I think I missed a day or two... been really busy with school and clinicals, Im gonna try to get more consistent though. Measuring in about a week
So I measured today..... At my hardest I look to be about 6.8 BPEL! Question about measuring... Am I meant to be pressing into my pubic bone or just holding it up against it? The 6.8 is just holding it... pressing in im just a tad over 7
