I had to take several weeks off due to blisters with vacuum hanging. I have since secured a compression hanger and I'm back.

Blisters are a bitch! I’m glad you’re back and I hope that you can avoid any further blistering as it is truly such a time-consuming thing. Take it easy but keep things steady and progressive.
 
I took about two to three weeks off because of blisters. But I think Ive gained about .2 … I need to get a good measurement in soon

Congratulations my brother and I’m sure when you’re able to take an even better measurement you’ll see even better results. Keep up the good work and keep on growing.

I think I missed a day or two... been really busy with school and clinicals, Im gonna try to get more consistent though. Measuring in about a week

when your schedules busy and you miss a day or two, don’t worry about it too much, It is rather difficult to lose gains over a 2 to 3 day period. But never allow yourself to go more than 2 to 3 days without training unless it’s a dcon break.
 
So I measured today..... At my hardest I look to be about 6.8 BPEL! Question about measuring... Am I meant to be pressing into my pubic bone or just holding it up against it? The 6.8 is just holding it... pressing in im just a tad over 7

You should be pressing the ruler against your pubic bone and then measure to your tip of your penis. It is called bone-pressed measurement. The only way to get measurements consistently is by anchoring the ruler to the pubic bone. This will ensure your measurements are consistent and measured from the same place every time. If you measure against soft tissue you’ll never get a consistent measurement, it needs to be pressed against the bone.
 
Four sets is the sweet spot! Great work my fellow brother!

That’s fine and I’m glad that you realize it so a break doesn’t turn into a permanent vacation. The awesome thing about having a progress thread here is if you go dormant for a week or two we can bump your thread and get your head back in the game.
