FINALLY BACK. I stretched for the first time in a few weeks today and it felt glorious to have the extender back on my dick, stretching the f*** out of it.
I didn't use as much tension as my penis did feel a bit tender in it but I will work my way up over the coming days.

For the next 4 weeks I'll be training 3-4 times a week and after 4 weeks I'll be training 5-6 times a week. I'll also pump tomorrow with my extender.

Welcome back brother, just recently came back here myself, feels great to be at it again with my extender and MityVac.

Best Extender? Is it a type of extender that used more traction/pulling power compared to regular extenders?
 
Stretched my penis yesterday and went a bit harder than I should have.
The skin seems to have gotten a bit deconditioned and I got a little blister on my urethra. Completely painless but still a roadblock regardless.
It'll be healed in a few days so no issue.

Ever try to force decompression of blister if it's on your penile shaft? Got that one a few months ago. I use TheraBand, or any wrap, and do a compression wrap. It reduces a few days of healing compared to allowing it to dissolve on its own.

Don't you guys worry I am still doing regular PE, just also while trying to get my life and my bad habits in order.
I just came back and realised that @squirt_inducer_man is nowhere to be seen.
Anyone know what has happened to him? Just wondering as he helped me a lot in my earlier days of PE especially when dealing with moments of insecurity and depression.

I've switched to a length only routine for the moment, and I use an interval based, size retention way of training. I still use my high tension extender and I work with around 7-9 pounds to tension.
Nowadays I go with:
  • 10 sets 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest.
  • 10 sets 2 minutes with 30 seconds rest.
  • 45 minutes to 3 hours in ADS
I will return to pumping soon and I'll reincorporate scrapes and BFR massages later down the road. But I have to keep my priorities in the right place at the moment.

He's taking a break from intense PE routine for a bit, and take a personal leave to reorganize his life as he stepped from PE to post PE enjoyment. He said he'll be back.

I honestly stopped with PE not because I didn't enjoy it, but because I found myself at an impass with my life as a whole.
Now I've got a much better job, am making more money, have more time on my hands, and am more sound of mind than I ever have been in my life.

Been back at it for a couple of weeks now and plan to possibly invest in some new equipment in the future, a new pump is in the works without a doubt.

Current plan:
  • 30-50 gua sha scrapes after warm up.
  • 1-2 hours high tension extender in 15 minute sets.
  • As long as possible in all day stretcher.
  • 15-20 minutes pumping in 2 minute sets.
I should preface by saying that I should be measuring my length and girth before and after the session in a BPFLS state but I frequently forget.

So glad you're back. I would say the only thing that you need to add is the 5x5x3 in your pumping. That would be the icing on the cake
