Yesterday's Session
  • 1hr+ Bundled Best Extender
Took a couple days off as the skin on my penis and my foreskin also was feeling tougher and it just didn't feel like the right thing to keep stretching so I stopped. I got a very good stretch after this time and am feeling my penis get longer by the weeks.
The pump I ordered has been shipped out and is almost out of the US, it will be here around May 20th and that is where the real fun begins....

Update
  • Been away from posting for a little bit but I am still actively engaging in PE at least 4 times a week.
  • I've been working 28+ hours overtime compared to what I normally work and finding a decent schedule for everything as been slightly stressful and challenging but I am working my way through it.
  • The last 2 days I felt victim to some depression again and needed to take time and see some friends to get the worries off my shoulders and I now feel that things have gotten better, it always helps to see the people you trust and cherish when you are feeling down and need someone to vent your feelings to.
  • I'm still waiting for my pump, it is still on it's way and I'm waiting patiently for it.
  • I've also lost weight as my bulk ended not too long ago and I am working towards a leaner physique before gaining weight again, my size is more visible and I feel it has improved considerably since last I checked.
  • I'm trying to build a better life for myself, I've always struggled with many things but I never shied away from working towards making things better, now I'm in a position where I am able to learn and work my way towards creating something new and being someone I've dreamt of being. The drpression is always a killer but in a way it reminds me that I, like everyone around me, am still human and struggle just like everyone else.

I hope all of you are making the gains you are striving for and I hope to be back posting more on the forum for the next couple weeks. Keep growing brothers!!

Good session today. My dick is feeling bigger and bigger by the day and I am consistently getting in a stretch at least 5-6 days a week.
I'm looking forward to also having the gua sha blade that is coming with my pump, this will hopefully improve my skin quality and clear up the excess phimotic ring I have.

Great stretch today, I didn't bundle the first set as I wanted to see the elongation and the tension I could get up to just straight out and it was very satisfying watching my penis stretch out.
My pump will be here in 1 week and I will most likely focus on girth for a couple months once that comes along but we shall see.

What pump did you get?
 
I noticed not all airgun trigger pump are the same for their gauges. I have sensitive ones in the past, more expensive one as standalone gauge, and newer ones with the trigger from who knows where. Be extremely careful when using the gauge to pursue the minimum 5inHg. The bad one, like the one I have now, is truly 10inHg when it only displays 3inHg. I'm modding it now using a standalone gauge with more sensitivity with a larger water trap.

Great session today, used the extender in both straight and bundled positions and got some amazing elongation that I retained for an hour with the ADS. My EQ is better and my penis looks sturdier and thicker when erect.
My pump should arrive in a week or a little bit more, really looking forward to seeing what a better quality pump than the Bathmate can do for my girth gains.

Bathmate is much less complicated

That may be true. But there is a process and learning curve to optimize growth with Bathmate. You don't need a water trap, but you have no way to finetune and monitor the vaccum pressure live.

I prefer MityVac Hydro-Vac Penis Pump over Bathmate.
MityVac is not complicated either.

I agree brother. Plus the element of safety as with the Bathmate you can exceed the safe pressure without knowing.

Not the worst session today, got some good elongation but had a falling out with my vacuum cups and decided not to continue. It's not a big deal.
My pump's arrival is confirmed to be on Saturday and I am super excited, I expect great things from the new girth protocol I'll be following for the next few months, it's gonna be magical, I'm gonna be walking around with a monster can in my pants.
