Slow Squash Jelq's or
Isolated Compression Squeezes are recommend, but I'm doing my own program with these
C Jelq's and my
HydroExtreme 7 Wide Boy pump (same diameter as HydroExtreme 9) and I'm gaining. You can do some
C Jelq's to reduce the fluid retention somewhat.
