Good session. Accidentally orgasmed while doing the Bathmate session which got me down but it's okay, I'm not the first nor the last. Decided to not hang as I wanted to give the ligament a break from the downward stretching and switched to the extender. Had a very good session with it and some amazing post hanging elongation.
 
Today's Session
Not a good session today. After hanging 8.8lbsone time my ligament is in shreds and not allowing me to hang even half of that without pain. The extender is also not behaving and I couldn't get a very good stretch. Gonna take a few days off and return when I feel my ligament is healed and ready for more. Also thinking of reducing length work to 2 days on 1 day off rather than everyday until an inconvenience arrives.
@CRay2323 what do you think is the potential issue?

Ligament is healed and I'm back to hanging. Hanging went very well today I did 7 sets of 5 minutes but I think I may have missed one or two so it's just down as 45 minutes. Extender session was also very good and I stretched for another 2 sets of 10 minutes with it at a high tension. Pump was also very good, I don't do SSJs anymore but I tried using them for a little bit at the end of the session before my final few intervals to r3educe oedema and they did the trick.

Good session today, I kept losing vacuum on my hanging device again, Gonna probably have to buy some new sleeves for it in the next few days or so but that's alright. Got up to a very good weight at 8.8lbs hanging and this was the weight that I hung with where I needed to take a break so potentially will be taking tomorrow off from hanging but I will see how the ligament feels.
Bathmate session wasn't good however as I wasn't able to reliably get an erection. I have been abstaining the past couple days from ejaculation after a relapse and it has most likely driven my dopamine down, the only issue I need to get rid of is edging and then I will be fully on the road to recovery, it is a habit I have developed that I need to break, that's why I've bought myself a new video game that I will try to distract myself with whenever I feel the urge.
 
Not gonna train today for 2 reasons:

1. I hung with a very heavy weight yesterday and want to let the ligament heal as last time I reached this weight I needed to take a break.

2. My libido has taken a nosedive. The calorie deficit that I am in has almost completely turned off my sex drive so I will wait a few days for it to resurface before I do girth work again.

Just some length today after some ups and downs with EQ. I'm in a calorie deficit and the leanest I've been in a while and it's fucked my libido to hell. The cut will hopefully end in a few weeks so I'll have tip top EQ when that happens and we'll be rolling the ball further from there.
Hanging session went well this time, no issues with the cups for now. Did 9-10 total sets and will increase accordingly in the coming days as it takes longer to get the ache.

I think it may be because my glans wasn't filling it when I pumped because I may have been wrapping too tightly with the bandage therefor not allowing for any expansion in the cup which caused it to slip whenever I pulled on it. It's just a theory.
