Still a great day!Today's Session
Tried the interval hanging at full blow today with 6.6lbs. Great stretch with the ligament feeling an ache at the end. I feel I could have done a bit more but didn't as I needed the bathroom and didn't want to waste more wrapping material. Couldn't pump as life/feelings got in the way but will resume with it tomorrow.
- Interval hanging 5 minute sets for around 30-45 minutes
