Great session today after a rest yesterday. Got a really good stretch with less tension, probably just my penis relaxing a bit, not a big deal. Decided to start hanging again, just for a few minutes after using the extender to get the ligs going, I find it leaves me with an even better post session hang.
Bathmate session was also lovely, enjoyed it to the max.

Fat pad is disappearing and my cock is looking bigger and bigger. I say another 2-4 weeks and it'll look monstrous. The only downside is the hunger, my appetite is back after 3 months of bulking only after 2 weeks, this is because I'm in quite a steep calorie deficit, but it's no big deal. Research shows that if protein intake and training intensity are on point then you won't lose any muscle in even a 1000+ calorie deficit. Not saying that you should do this of course. I actually really look forward to the end of the cut as I'll take my friends out for a meal at my favourite restaurant and just chill.

Great session today. Went a little overboard with the extender and few some pain but backed down and everything was fine. Had just 2 sets of hanging for piece of mind and to stretch the ligament but also give me that flaccid hang that I enjoy so much.
Bathmate session was cut just a little short as I had oedema build up faster than normal, possibly because I used too many pumps with the handball. Nothing to worry about, I'll just be more careful tomorrow.

Not a bad session today. Extender session was done in 3 intervals as the cup slipped off a bit, not a huge issue. Bathmate session was also very good, my arousal is getting better ever since stopping ejaculation. I still have the occasional issue with peaking that I need to get a hold of, but otherwise I think that I am on the road to recovery.
Penis felt super long today out of the Bathmate, the little bit of fat pad loss has gone a long way for sure.

No girth work today as it's the third day now. The cup kept losing vacuum when using the extender, would have gone longer but got fed up of constantly having to redo the vacuum. It's because the sleeve is too loose, I have a newer one that I will use tomorrow but fucking hell is it annoying. I will order some new sleeves shortly when this one starts to get loose.

Tried the interval hanging at full blow today with 6.6lbs. Great stretch with the ligament feeling an ache at the end. I feel I could have done a bit more but didn't as I needed the bathroom and didn't want to waste more wrapping material. Couldn't pump as life/feelings got in the way but will resume with it tomorrow.
