Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Titan_T, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hey guys, thanks a lot for the warm welcome. I am really looking forward to the helpful advice. I stumbled upon PE a couple years ago, didn't give it a proper chance as I didn't have the time due to school and work. I have time to myself now so I can fully dive into it. Today makes it a month since I've started PE and I'm happy to see results, despite them being small. I was large to begin with. I started off at 6" (FL) x 5"(FG) and 9 1/4" (BPEL) x 6 1/4" (EG). Last week I took some measurement just to see if this really works....currently I'm at 6.5 (FL) x 5.5" (FG) and 9 3/8" (BPEL) x 6 3/8" (EG). My goal is to make it to 10" x 7", and now that I've seen some results, I know it's possible. Once again glad to be on board!!
 
STARTING ROUTINE:

1. Warm-up for 10 minutes - I usually use a rice sock since it holds heat way longer than a warm wash cloth.
2. Stretch in each direction for 30 seconds in each minute for 5 minutes. After each 30 second stretch I do kegels to get some blood pumping a bit
3. Wet jelq for 10 minutes and increase by two minutes every week. So as of next week I will jelq for 18 minutes.
4. Cool down for 5 minutes and massage for 5 minutes.

I do this 5 days on 2 days off.

But I would really like to switch it up. I don't want the routine to be one-tracked if you know what I mean. So any advice is welcomed.
 
Hey guys! How's it going? Just a little update.
So I switched to the Newbie Routine a couple weeks now and I must say I'm glad I did! The last time my BPEL was 9.375 in. and now it went up to 9.5 in. There isn't any change in girth however, but I'm willing to play the patience game so I can't complain since it is working. I had to take this week off as I was extremely busy and barely had time to myself. Can't wait to continue next week.

If you need any help with the routine please let me know so I can make sure you’re covering all areas needed and that it is in line with SRT so you’re making the best gains and the fastest healing.
 
non bone pressed I have never really measured as it fluctuates so much. I know that when GQ magazine measured me down pressed I was over 11 inches but my non-bone-pressed size was 9.5 to 10. I started at 6.5 x 4.75

About half-and-half. I invented the PowerAssist in the LengthMaster early in my career so I had access to those tools at around eight half-inch mark.
