Progress thread Joshua's journey to 7.25 x 5.75

Now that I've got a lil' vac hanger set up courtesy of a good PE friend of mine, I've been incorporating 6lbs hanging into my day. Due to the severe spotting I haven't been doing my routine much. Sucks cause I imagine I could've made some good progress on some gains.

However, I have to take care of myself and the only penis I get, so if it means I have to back off.. Then I guess that's what I have to do.

@DLD should I hang before or after my routine? I may try to scale it back even more in intensity and see if I can prevent the damned spotting from showing back up.

Or, if you'd like to help me design a newish routine, that'd be great.

I would hang after your routine to use it more as a healing measure than a gaining one.
 
Due to the severe spotting issue, I've halted all expansion related exercises at the moment.

My penis feels somewhat fatigued from hanging 6lbs for like 2+ hours last night.
I know you just said to use hanging as a healing measure, so I'm thinking I'll take this off & do my stretch routine and get back into it afterward.
 
I’m so glad love asked for help and I’m so glad there’s a routine that will correct very quickly. The SlowSquashJelq was made, in part, for isolated parts of the shaft that require more size to even everything out. Basically what you’ll be doing is the SSJ and applying it only to the portion of the shaft that needs to be thickened for evenness. If you look in this link at www.mattersofsize.com/access and you go to the AV section, look at the isolated compression squeeze, this was the name of the SSJ prior to me renaming it and will show you how to do it perfectly.

Yes! I actually showed her the before & after photo and she said "Wow you really can tell, that's crazy"

She really loves sex with me & makes me feel very confident.

Dld, does discoloration go away over time?

Most discoloration will go away on its own but there’s certain discoloration that becomes more serious. More serious discoloration comes from clamping and over pumping. First of all I suggest that nobody ever uses a clamp as it is extremely dangerous and will bring blisters, bruising and discoloration.

The best thing you can do is deep tissue massage after you have trained using some heat. Perhaps a hot washcloth will help. If you’re pumping and these issues are happening just switch to the SRT 5×5×3 and this will never be an issue. It’s also smart to keep some Hydrocortisone around to use after training.

I fear I've permanently discolored myself.

I'm going to discontinue girth work and just do hanging and maybe some manual stretching for a while until I can see if my regular skin tone will come back. It looks like an inch of area is literally SEVERAL shades darker than I am.

many brothers are having great result with preventing and removing discoloration using the MOSred lamp.
 
Discoloration has not dissipated, thinking I may have to look into skin bleaching or something. I cannot afford a IR lamp.

Girlfriend isn't a fan of the discoloration and neither am I!

i got pretty serious discoloration with clamping and it didnt go away even after months of not doing it

this is definitely what I'm dealing with but at a MUCH less severity.

then you may want to ask him for a more mellow treatment. I know that filmfreak was pretty extreme but I’m sure he could work out a more moderate treatment.
 
P.E. on pause until I can figure out the discoloration issue.
I did a 2.5 minute pump session at 5hg last night which was fun, but I simply cannot risk more discoloration.

So I haven't measured in a month. I took a pretty decent break.

last I measured I was: 7.36'' x 5.43''

My initial goal for girth was 5.5'', so yes, I'm definitely willing to move onto a length focused routine, as I'm starting my weightloss journey and I'd love to add some more NBPEL. (I only show like at most 5.5" NBPEL)

I've done nothing. I was hoping it'd go away on it's own, it hasn't.

I may go see my doctor.
 
13 minutes of hanging 6LBS and I feel it!

Decondition/healing breaks are nice when you return because the exercises actually give you a WORKOUT sensation.

We have a few protocols for discoloration. If you look up the member @filmfreak he has done amazing work in this area. You can also look into the MOSRed which is a lamp that when you used with alpha hydroxy destroys discoloration. Also look into apple cider vinegar as being a catalyst to get rid of discoloration.

Notes:
Had pretty bad edema build up, I wrapped my penis pretty tightly for 50 minutes and when I took it off, it was 100% gone & I was just shy of 5.75'' girth! 6'' With my c-ring on.

Super cool. I love the wrapping!

I realized that my pain in the left side base of my penis/groin area likely came from bundled stretching, so I may remove those for a bit while I let it heal.


yooo when you do your stretches in the beginning of your routine (the 45 second ones) do you do each stretch only once for 45 seconds or 3 sets of everything?

If you count go for 30 to 60 seconds but I don’t recommend countering. I recommend setting a time like 30 minutes and just getting as much done as you can in that time period. I think that you’ll find this type of training more fun and less restrictive
