March is coming quick.. I decided not to measure my length or girth until that point from now on.
@DLD does that dull pain during pumping/SSJ's means fatigue? Should I let it rest or ride the fatigue? Sometimes it almost hurts enough to lessen the pressure of my bathmate.

Let girth rest and ride the fatigue doing length work, when you’re in the state of fatigue the pelvic floor muscles can do nothing to hold back the stretch intensity.

Two days away from P.E. and I was still 5.59'' girth! Super cool that the expansion lasts so long.
I wonder if the fact it says for so long is an indicator of permanent gains coming!

Full stretch routine

5x6x2 (+5 extra minutes)

I only did 5x6x2 today because my mood was very neutral and I just felt bland and blah. Just no interest in P.E. today.

My temporary gains subsided and I was left with 5.35" girth. I'm afraid that's not even gained size.. Kind of don't want to wait a week and check to test, but perhaps that'd be a smart move once I reach March.

Might get an hour or two in on my extender.

Also, just from that pump my penis around the circ scar is SUPER red splotted & bruised.

great routine!

I haven't masturbated in 3-4 days so my session was a breeze due to my EQ being high and easily maintained.
Now I'm heading over to my girlfriends house so we can have sex for the first time in 4 days!

full stretch routine

5x7:30x4 (last pump was 8:30)

Without the comfort pad on my bathmate my pump gets a much higher pressure going. Edema build up but I wrap under my glans with sticky ace bandage and it makes my penis a beautiful slightly arrowed shape (I like it).

Packing the X30 or nearly with this pressure. I got to 6.3"+ but releasing the pressure it feels like it's stabbing me lol.. I wish they made a much smaller attachment for the end of the pump that didn't reduce pressure so drastically. I was measuring 7.25"+ in the tube at times..

Also 7.5" BPEL if I gently grabbed and pulled.. I think some real dope gains are in my near future. @DLD

I think 6.3" EG feels great in my hand, but I'm not sure my girlfriend would want me that big, she likes frequent sex, not once every few days because of soreness/after sex pain.

I failed to not measure but I'm glad I did as a confidence booster that I'm heading in the right direction.

I added an extra set to my girth blasters, wont always do this but when I'm having fun with it why not!

I pump to over 7.25 (according to the sticker) but with the comfort pad I can hardly get over 6.5.. The pressure just doesn't have that UMPH to it.

No. Buy yourself a wine bag and use that. It will turn up the intensity to a level that is immense! Check it out down below.

 
I'm afraid I don't quite understand how it works!

Works just like the hand ball but just much more intensity and it’s under $10 at any wine store. They are called wine vacuums and we have directions on how to modify your pump. Do not fear this as it works so well and it will save you a ton of money.
 
Taking a few days off from girth work. I might do my stretching routine x2.

also, started no-fap around Jan. 30th or so.. Realized how much sensitivity and arousal gets taken away from masturbation. I am gonna use this as a discipline.
 
My biggest insecurity is my NPBEL. I feel and look so small at only 5-5.6" depending on arousal and EQ.

For me it was a combination of gaining length and losing my fat pad. At the time I was 280 pounds with a fat pad close to 3 inches. My bone pressed length was 8 1/2 inches but you could only see 5 1/2 inches of it. I tacked on another inch and a half of length and I ended up losing my fat pad down to a quarter inch. Between these two things I was able to create the incredible length I gained.

Let’s stick with things for three months and make a decision then. It’s most important to get the most you can out of something you were doing before we change.

I've been taking several days off, and I haven't been masturbating. I went to my girlfriends house and we had sex 3 times successfully with minimal to no issue with me not staying hard.

I'm also still around 5.5'' from DAYS ago doing a single pump session of 15 minutes.

Good plan though, I shouldn't rush. I'm thinking I might do my routine tonight and get back into the swing of things.

Wow I can’t believe you’re still having this issue. How long does a spotting stick around? How much intensity are you using with the pump? Perhaps turning down the intensity of vacuum and cutting down to 2 1/2 minutes sets may solve this issue. If not we will find a solution my brother, have no fear I love challenges.

Spotting sticks around 2-3 days depending on how severe, sometimes longer.

My circ. scar will literally turn black. I was using max pressure in my bathmate with the comfort guard on. I'm going to try and reduce pressure with 2:30 SSJ sets in hopes it wont occur and I can maybe recondition myself for max pressure.
