So much of the moderators job has become automatic by software. Spam threads are caught and cued before they hit the forum. A moderators job at this point is to stop arguments, help Brothers, show an example of success but mainly to help in the future of the Brotherhood. The mod forum is used to hash these things out. Back in the day before we wrote this software attacks were non-stop and moderators had to constantly be watching out and banning, it was a nightmare.
