Job discrimination/Iam such a sissy heart

Ok basically here's the issue quickly to sum it up. Worked framing houses when i was 17 til 20, got new jobs till now iam 23 out of construction for 3 yrs. Went back for 9 dollars hr b/c part time(school) and b/c ""Iam probly rusty"" as said by boss. and when i get unrusty and fulltime i'll get raise.
OK second part eversince i started workin these dudes fuckin think i know shit, and got me carrying fuckin loads of shit, which i guess is ok cuz i like physical shit and if u wanna pay me to carry fine but this one fuck makin tons more cash than me but not knowin much more, and a lazy fuck has been stressin me lately. Well today this dude was bossen me around not even the boss a nobody. iam a suttle person and hate confertation but i got a temper like "SCARFACE" Al P fans u know what iam talkin bout so i delt with it all day than at the end of the day this jerk tells me to go fix his dam mistake, we get in the arguement and this dude has the nerve to tell me what i was doin wasn't important and that iam LOWER ON THE TOTAM POLL. :jumpingfi exactly what it did face got red lost track of surroundings and forgot alout. Never fought but dam was i pissed. My problem though is i hate confertation so bad i just feel bad now but iam not a pussy physical wise just heart and mind wise wish i had the balls just to scrape the jerk and whop his ass, but i know me when i go back in to work i'll just keep thinkin how i don't want somebody to be mad at me. Iam such a sissy heart

Does suck I don't think he was havin a bad day just got pissed when i let him know i wasn't gonna be his bitch. Wouldn't really care if he did have a bad day either the dude don't intimidate me i just hate conferntation. Unless iam drunk cuz than i dont give a shit.

exactly. But saying something to him if he ever tries to call you out or tests you is not out of the question. So by going off on him wouldn't be too bad. It could get you fired depending on what you say, but still.

I know what it's like working construction (i did some roofing and gunite work after HS), alot of those guys are damn stupid and only understand confrontation. You don't have to like confrontations, but sometimes it's necessary. You have to know when to man up and take respect if they won't give it.

Thanks for advice guys, I was off yesterday and came into work today and my brother in law asks me if the boss had a talk with me. I said no why, BC the dude told the boss on you. Can u belive this dipshit actually ran to the boss and told him on me. What a dam sissy. So the boss came up to me said my name and I replied with "I know" he said so i don't have to say nuttin right i said yeah. Than i told him the truth of the matter, and he told me that he knew there was something else to the story that the other guy wasn't tellin me, told me that i was a man and had the right to stand up for myself, and that he had to have a talk with the kid because he was actually raspin the boss also. I feel ya silkdogg alout of guys who never worked construction never realize that the work environment is different and that fighting is actually acceptable, next time the jerk off gives me shit i'll step it up a little a call him out, don't think he'll want to throw blows though well see.

I don't like confrontation,but I will confront someone in a heartbeat if they think i'm some sloutch or they're thinking they can boss me around or talk to me like trash.
I hate it when people who aren't my boss try and order me around of tell me what to do.
I've worked with people who believe their seniority alone allowed them to boss me around and Not because they are my actual boss or foreman,manager assitant manager ect.

I've got into fights with coworkers before when i worked construction and when I worked a 9-5. I've learned it's not worth fighting someone at work or afterwork.
Maybe try to get along and become friends ?

Look at it like this is you stomp that guys face then you'll most likey get the cops called on you,you'll get fired,you could get sued. Or you could get beat up.
