jelqing question

I have a questions when I jelq my fat pad follows so when my 2nd hand gets ready I have to start mid way up. I know yo passes is 1 rep would in be OK releasing the 1st hand and doing the 2nd pass then . I am well on my way to losing weight but as of now this is still a issue
 
Hmm. Cant you push the fat back with the 2nd hand. You do the first one and when it reaches your "head", you push your fat back- as much as possible, so you can grip the base. That's what I do. I'm not fat but it's the technique I use when I jelq and want to grip from the beginning of my shaft. I hope I give you a good advise.
