Jelqing and circumcision

Hey,
I just wanted to know whether jelqing makes the skin less tight. I am circumcised pretty tight and it feels good. I know that some of you want a foreskin restoration. However, I do not want this :). So, if I jelq, will this make my skin more loose or what?

Maybe some men with circumcision can report from first hand experience?
I would really be glad for some feedback, this is crucial to me.
 
I’m circumcised and have been jelqing for years off and on; however with all that tugging and pulling I’ve only seen a little skin loosening. It’s not going to restore it self unless you plan to target the skin, but if your penis is growing due to Penis Enlargement your going to need more skin at some point.
 
Ok, thx for response. So you think that the little more lose skin is due to your increased penis length?

Are there any other guys who can comment?
