Jelqing Afterboil/Swelling?

Alright, so for the past few days, I've been getting a type of swelling on the head of my penis after jelqing. Is this one of those bubbles that I should be concerned about? It doesn't hurt at all, but it looks really weird. Is this normal, or should I stop for a while before jelqing again? I would also like to mention that my penis head looks a lot bigger nowadays, especially right after jelqing (right before I warm down). I'm wondering if maybe my head is trying to gain size? I usually only see the weird swelling after warming down. It's almost as if the swelling is the rest of my penis warming down, except at a lower rate. Once I apply my "warming device" to the swollen area, the swelling does go down. But this swelling tends to leave cracks in my skin after warming down. I'm concerned 'cause I've only just started seeing this happen. Hopefully someone who has experienced this will see my post and help me out. Thanks!

It sounds like fluid retention, which isn't the worst thing, but it's generally not considered a positive.

It sounds like you're jelqing too tightly or for too long. Try slightly less tight and see if you still get that effect. Better yet keep trying progressively less tight until you don't get the effect, and decide from there if you feel the exercise still feels beneficial.

I suggest going for shorter sets and getting some good deep tissue massage after each session. Heat will also help. A the swelling becomes less you can increase the time in exercise. You could also opt to do 10 minutes of jelqing followed by 5 minutes of massage and then repeat, this would be another way to avoid this issue.
