That is a fake picture that has been circulating for years. The photoshop work is evident when the original picture is view (code-wise). It also has a lot of drag and blurring with a few repeating paths. The rule of thumb in life is believe half of what you see and non of what you heard, online it is believe nothing unless you can touch it.
