I've heard in the real, offline world there is no such word in the Arabic language. That may be wrong however. It is pronounced "jell-K" Like jelly with a K vs. a Y.

I've seen the word Jelq written in arabic and if read out loud it should be pronounced Gilq. I've never heard of someone saying the word jelq neither.
