Hello brothers I am back from decon. I spent the last 2 weeks on Devon after my first six months of pe. The bad new is I lost .5 of a cm in bpfl and hard earned gaines, not why I wanted but I am also starting fresh. I am going to be incorporating heat into my routine and have gotten a ultrasound device to work with. I am going to be incorporating that with a 30 min length master routine and start girt workout 3 times per week with the 5x5x3 routine. The first 12 weeks I ant to 22 cm bpfsl and to get to 14.5 cm girth. I am starting out at 13.3 right now so that would be a 1.2 cm gain. Looking forward to the next leg in my journey. Let’s get gaining
