I think so to I have seen my best stein results with it that and the lengthmaster have been the best tools so farEchoing what @DLD said: I’ve used SG, Jes and Penimaster Pro - they don’t come near to the SS. I think it’s the end game extender.

Today marks my 90 days of PE and since last measurement I have gained .4 cm bpfl and gained. This brings me to my current measurement of 18.5 bpel and 19.4 bpfl.
I have gained overall a 2cm gain on erect and a 3.4 cm gain on flaccid length.
lessons learned.Keep consistent with work outs everyday just make it a part of your routine, don’t beat yourself up for mistakes, and for goodness sake put the ruler away. I found I am having way more fun not measuring and focusing on the stretches and not measurements.
Just an update I have been logging about 6 hours per day of silo stretcher and I hit my 2 30 min sessions last Friday in the lengthmaster. I was sore for 2 days straight but kept the silo stretcher on to heal with the gains on. I only have 4 days of active pe this week with 2 days of passive pe or the silistretcher. I am going to hit 1 hour per day of lengthmaster and 10 hours per day of silo stretcher for the 4 days, then hit the passive silistretcher this weekend. Let’s get gaining!

Lengthmaste stretches
10 min bundles all directions
20 minute newbie holding for 1 minute per stretch
I do this 2 times a day plus where the silistretcher for about 9 hours. I use 1 of my sessions for expressive stretchingwith the length master towards the bottom of my shaft. My 1 inch by April goal is going to happen. My motivation is high and my commitment is high let’s get growing
I did the lengthmaster expressive stretch that is attached to the base of my penis for expressive stretch. Is this good or is there something else I should be doing?

...know your Why, the purpose you are taking this PE-journey. Sometimes, we really don't know our purpose with certain goals. Once you truly know the why, the real purpose for doing it. That is when you keep pushing through the hard, difficult, awkward, frustrating, feeling like quitting times all the way to the end of your PE-journey.
Another 4 days of hard training in. I have 5 days of 9 hours silistretcher with 45 minutes to 60 minutes per day of lengthmaster. I am doing the newbie stretches all directions with 10 minutes bundled and about 10 minutes of expressive stretching. My ligs are incredibly sore but I am learning to ride the fatigue. No pain no gain. Looking forward to a hard 5 days this coming week. 2 weeks untill my 30 day measurement looking for solid gains
